At Downies Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.
